About me

Konrad Wiesendanger studied architecture at the ETH in Zurich and worked for several years as an urban planner and design architect. After an accident, he came into contact with the Feldenkrais Method and was immediately fascinated by the approach of developing the personality through conscious movement.
He studied the Feldenkrais Method in New York with Russell Delman and Alan Questel as well as systemic coaching at the ZHAW in Zurich and has since run a Feldenkrais and consulting practice in Lucerne, Switzerland.
His experience in space, movement and organization led Konrad Wiesendanger into ergonomics consulting and thus back into the corporate world, where in recent years he has increasingly encountered stress-stricken people on the verge of burnout.
And again, it was conscious movement that became the key for many people suffering from stress. In this book, Konrad Wiesendanger presents his experiences to the general public for the first time.
